Training Sessions will be held at Snowflake unless designated elsewhere and will be two hours in length.
Monday (April 1): Dryfire Prone and Standing: Practice in boh positions one minute holds in the boxes.
Tuesday (April 2): Skate Skiing: 4 till 6. Meet in Snowflake chalet. Specific Strength on 3 km lighted loop: V2, no poles and double pole.
Wednesday (April 3): Skate Skiing: 4 till 6. Meet at Snowflake Chalet. Technique drills starting at Kid Ski Cutoff. Late comers meet at Kid Ski Cutoff.
Thursday (April 4): Dryfire using ERGS or Bosus: 4 till 6. Meet in chalet. Try to do 10 km (ppss) using Ergs or do Bosu workout and ppss.
Friday (April 5): Rifle Cleaning and Adjustments: 4 till 6. Meet in chalet. Clean Rifles, put roller ski tips on poles. Coach will check rifle fit and make any adjustments.
Saturday (April 6): Camp and Race in Elk River: Arrive by 9 AM in Elk River.
Sunday (April 7): No Practice: End of Training Year: Congratulations on 11 months of good practice and racing!
